Scope of Work: Renovations to the High School North, High School South, Middle School, Elementary School, and Bus Garage include roof replacements, emergency generator replacements, window replacements, playground equipment, sidewalk replacements, unit vent replacements, flooring abatement/replacement, VAV upgrades, and replacement of high voltage switch gear.

Watchdog Building Partners is currently providing services for summer construction projects over the next five years. The project includes removing the roof and adding a second story to the existing stage house; renovating the infrastructure around the Auditorium including state-of-the-art theatrical lighting, sound, and data network systems.
